Audio Payment Policy

Audio hosts need to reach certain requirements in a calendar month to get corresponding salary payments. The quota dimension has 3 parts: valid hour, valid day, and bean requirement. Hosts and their agencies can get the commission fee if hosts reach a certain level. The higher level hosts are, the higher the payment they can earn.

Valid hour: Daily streaming in a self-audio room for 60 minutes counted as 1 hour

Valid day: Daily streaming in a self-audio room for 2 hours [120 minutes] counted as 1 valid day

Bean requirement: receiving 1 diamond can get 100 beans, all kinds of diamond gifts are counted. All diamonds received in the audio room, both the self-audio room and others' audio room, are counted. Beans from video rooms are not counted. The bean calculation period is from the first day of each month to the last day in Philippine time.

Video Payment Policy

Video hosts must reach certain requirements in a calendar month to get corresponding salary payments. The quota dimension has 3 parts: valid hour, valid day, and bean requirement. Hosts and their agencies can get the commission fee if hosts reach a certain level. The higher level hosts are, the higher the payment they can earn.

Valid hour: Daily streaming in a self-video room for 60 minutes is counted as 1 hour. Only time in an open room is counted, the hour of locking the room will not be counted.

Valid day: Daily streaming in a self-video room for 1 hour [60 minutes] is counted as 1 valid day

Bean requirement: receiving 1 diamond can get 100 beans, all kinds of diamond gifts received in the live streaming room are counted. The bean calculation period is from the first day of each month to the last day in Philippine time.

Payment Conditions

1.  All salary or commission will be sent in Super Bean. Super Beans can be converted into US Dollars: 24,000 super beans = 1 USD (1 Diamond = 100 beans). All taxes, fees, and other expenses in relation to the payment of Beans shall be borne by the Host.

2.  The host needs to complete the days, hours, and beans requirements for the corresponding level per month to get Base Pay.

3.  Streaming within a day 1 hour [60 minutes] is considered as 1 valid day for Video and 2 hours [120 minutes] is considered as 1 valid day for Audio. Please make sure to have an extra 1 or 2 minutes to avoid problems.

4.  There's no limit on the daily streaming time, but [2 hours] maximum will be considered as valid hours within a day for Video Hosts and [3 hours] maximum will be considered as valid hours within a day for Audio Hosts. The extra time will not be counted towards the PLAN time, but beans will be counted.

Valid Hours per day: minimum 1 hour, maximum: 2 hours (Video Hosts) Valid Hours per day: minimum 2 hours, maximum: 3 hours (Audio Hosts)

5.  The hosts will not get any payment if they do not finish the hours, days, and beans.

6.  If the host cheats or breaks the rules of the platform or community, the HAGO official has the authority to cancel their payment or reward.

7.  Super Beans/Beans with unknown sources of income will cause Super Beans/Beans to be frozen and deducted. Please follow community rules.

8.  The final interpretation right of this payment chart belongs to Hago.

Overall

1. Why does the payment chart have to be changed?

The community environment in HAGO PH, especially in the audio part, is full of dummy accounts that are cheating the official and damaging the operation of HAGO and the user experience. 

To bring real hosts and talented hosts in front of our users, the official has to decide to change the host payment. The further will put more bonus and cost in training hosts to be more professional, talented, and user-friendly.

2. When the new policy plan will be effective and what’s the scope of application?

All video and audio hosts will use the new payment plan from October 1, 2023, including new hosts. New hosts who started in September 2023 will directly use the new policy to calculate their salary in October 2023.

3. With such a big adjustment, is it going to be closed HAGO PH?

There is no problem with the operation of the platform, and there are no rumors of bankruptcy or other rumors. As we have repeatedly emphasized, our current policy adjustment is because we want to severely rectify the problem of fake accounts. To provide users and anchors with a better platform environment, please continue to trust and support us.

Audio Host Policy

1. Which part is changed in the new payment plan?

Lower Bean Income: Reduce the Lv. C threshold to 300,000 Beans (lower than the original Lv. B), all hosts start from Lv. C. The highest level threshold also is lower to 30M.

New Host Bonus: Add a new Monthly New Host Bonus Plan, new hosts who joined in the first two months could get an additional bonus if meet the requirement. Both the host and their agency could get the reward.

2. What’s the benefit of the new payment plan?

More hosts can reach the quota and get paid because of the decrease in income threshold. The new hosts and agencies have more opportunities to get the new host bonus. The environment of audio will be changed to a better community since hosts will be able to find real users earlier instead of dramatically dummy host accounts.

3. Is there any other bonus or reward in the new policy?

In further operation, the official will put more rewards and bonuses for events, aiming to give more exclusives to hosts who are capable of providing content and skilled in creating their audience groups and gathering users. More events will be online, please look forward to it. The event news will be posted on the event GC and in-app banner, please do regular check messages and ongoing events.

Video Host Policy

1. Which part is changed in the new payment plan?

Income Threshold: The thresholds/rewards for each level have changed.

New Host Bonus: The reward method for new hosts will be changed to a new host ranking.

Streaming Incentive: Changed to the TOP 40 hosts who meet the requirements.
