Host Guidelines

New Host

• Filipinos, and live in the Philippines for a long time

• Only choose audio or video for the audition

• The candidate has not yet become an official host

• The candidate ID has no other associated official streamer ID (including active and eliminated hosts)

Return Host

• If the eliminated host needs to become a host again, he/she needs to submit an interview application again. 

• The re-audition within 3 months after elimination can only choose the original agency

• The re-audition after 3 months of elimination can freely choose any official PH agency

• Payment level needs to meet Level C

Host Transfer Requirement

• Except for the new host in the first month and the next month, the hosts are free to apply for a transfer.

• Needs to apply 1st - 5th of the month via our official transfer link

• Needs to be approved by the original and transferred agency

• If the agency and hosts have some unsolved issues, hosts should reach Level 2 quota and above for 4 consecutive months from the date they request for transfer, then the hosts can request to transfer to another agency.

Host Elimination

• If the host has more than one account as an official host, all accounts will be eliminated directly.

•  No beans income for 3 consecutive months, and will be automatically eliminated in the next month (counts audio or video bean received depends on host type)

• If the host has serious violations of community regulations, such as fraud/bullying/seriously bad guidance, once verified, he/she will be eliminated directly

Community Rules & Violation

An official host should take the lead in complying with the community rules of HAGO, play a positive guiding role, and create high-quality live broadcast content for HAGO. Please pay attention to avoid the following behaviors, otherwise, the host will be subject to point deduction/banning:

• Illegal content and bad behavior guidance, such as pornography and threats, once found, the account will be permanently banned

• Abuse, bullying, invasion of other people's privacy, and other people's behavior

• Low-quality streaming: black screen or freeze on the same screen for a long time in video streaming would cause a ban for 12 hours. Sitting at a mic but not talking for a long time would be considered as absent and would be banned.

• Underage broadcasting behavior: Teenagers and babies are not allowed to broadcast without the company of adults, please avoid the behavior of minors appearing alone in the camera
